Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) — A spokesman for the North Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration in a statement on Wednesday denounced the south Korean security authorities for arresting the chairman of the south headquarters of the National Alliance of Youth and Students for the Country’s Reunification on the charge of violating the “National Security Law”.
